HANGAR 45
The eclectic and inclusive nature of Hangar 45 can be appreciated in the diverse backgrounds of the three musicians who recently created it: Lucía Caruso – composer and pianist from Mendoza, Argentina, Angélica Negrón - Puerto Rican composer and multi-instrumentalist, and Pedro da Silva – Portuguese composer; sitar; classical, electric and Portuguese guitars.
Hangar 45 is an original and innovative group that is not afraid to blend different styles while still maintaining a cohesive whole. Its music is mainly focused on electronic tango mixed with other styles that range from flamenco to Indian music and from Middle-Eastern to bossa nova.
